Working in such diverse parts of London as Southwark and Lewisham, makes us especially focused on DEI - for everyone involved in Home-Start Southwark's mission it is more than policies, programmes or headcounts. To provide more suitable support for both families and volunteers, it is essential to better understand our local community and its character, earn deeper trust from the families, gain more commitment from the volunteers.
